Faculty calibration remains a significant challenge in clinical dental education due to varying opinions, evolving protocols, time limitations and burnout. Simulation-based Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) provide a promising solution through experiential learning and collaborative discussion. This interactive workshop will allow participants to engage in a self-directed OSCE and network with fellow educators to explore implementation strategies. Through experiential learning and collaborative discussions, participants will acquire innovative approaches to improving faculty engagement and calibration within their respective programs.

Learning Objectives:

Examine challenges impacting faculty calibration.
Identify methods of integrating simulation-based OSCE for faculty calibration.
Assess the evaluation process of an OSCE to use for faculty calibration.
