International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research; American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research
Yehuda is a government affairs expert with nearly two decades of experience in public policy development and federal advocacy. He cut his teeth in politics working on numerous local, statewide and presidential campaigns around the country, and on Capitol Hill for two Independent U.S. Senators.
Since then, Yehuda has worked mostly in the health care policy space, advocating for medical research, disease awareness and treatment, and enhanced patient access to care. Having represented patients, clinicians and medical researchers on Capitol Hill, he has a unique understanding of the health care policy environment and issues that affect the delivery of care.
At the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR), Yehuda lobbies for increased federal funding for dental and oral health research, and most recently has led advocacy efforts in opposition to a legislative proposal that would broadly restructure the NIH, including a consolidation of its 27 Institutes and Centers.
