This workshop focuses on empowering women in oral health education by integrating the power of vulnerability with personal brand development. Its purpose is to enhance leadership and confidence. The session covers the significance of vulnerability in professional growth, teaching participants to share personal struggles, seek feedback and practice self-compassion. Activities include reflective exercises, group discussions and personal branding strategies. Outcomes aim to foster stronger connections, increased trust and resilient leadership. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of cultivating a personal brand that reflects their authentic selves, enabling greater success and influence in their careers.
